“Yeah.” She said excited. “Dinner, dinner, dinner, dinner.” She repeated while she thought of where the two of them should go. She didn’t want to go any where fancy or expensive in fear that someone might someone might assume they were on a date and leak that they were together. So she continued to think skipping over that idea. “How about..pizza? New york has good pizza right? Maybe we could go down somewhere New Yorky and get some New Yorky pizza..In New York.” She never had a real New York pizza or even a real New York experience. She never had tome off in this city nor was she ever left alone to do as she pleased. Pizza was the perfect solution she thought hoping he would think the same.

Nick laughed at all of the times she said New York and New Yorky in her sentence. He nodded. “Yeah, pizza sounds perfect. I can’t believe you’ve never had pizza in New York though. I’m pretty sure it’s one of those things that are expected of everyone that crosses the state line.” He said with a big smile. He opened the door and walked out with her towards the elevator. He hit the button to call the elevator with his free hand, and gave her hand that was gripped in his a light squeeze. “So, tell me everything that’s been going on. Anything that’s gone on, I want to know.” He said as they stepped into the elevator. He glanced over at her once the doors shut and smiled, listening to her recall what had been going on from the moment she woke up to when she made it back to her hotel room.

Movie Night || Nicole&Nick

Nicole was excited to be hanging out with Nick again,she hasn’t seen or talked to him lately and she missed her best friend. She pulled out the couch bed like she always did when they hung out,she laughed a little as Fendi was barking and wagging his tail. “You know Nick is coming huh?” She leaned down and stretched the top of her German Spitz’s head softly before changing the bedding. She grabbed the pillows and finished making the bed,she smiled brightly when she heard the knock on the door,she ran over and threw her arms around her best friend. “I’ve missed you too,Nick! I’ve been under a rock.” She joked,laughing as she pulled away from the hug. “You got the movies and snacks right?” She asked,smiling at him. Even though they didn’t even discuss what they were going to be doing,she already knew it would end up being a movie night.

“How could I forget them?” Nick asked, grinning as he set the food and movie down onto the counter. “It just seemed like a movie kind of night.” He said, leaning down and petting Fendis head. “So, how have you been lately?” He asked, smiling as he looked back up at her. He walked over to the sink, and washed his hands before walking back over to the counter and taking the food over to the couch bed. He grabbed the DVD and walked over to the TV stand. He bent down, setting the DVD in the player and fixed the TV setting. He plopped down onto the couch bed and took out his food. “So, what have you been doing under that rock?” He asked, eyeing her.
